Youth One Day Conference Theme: "When My Heart is Overwhelmed"
Life can feel heavy, especially for students navigating the ups and downs of growing up. Sometimes we wear smiles on our faces while silently carrying frowns in our hearts. This year’s Youth One Day Conference is designed to meet students in those moments—when life feels overwhelming.
Together, we’ll create a space to be real, to be encouraged, and most importantly, to seek God’s heart on the issues that weigh us down. Through powerful worship, honest conversations, and practical teaching, we’ll remind every young person that they are seen, loved, and never alone.
WHO EXALT Youth is for students aged 11-18.
